Eric P. Warner

Eric Warner is an associate attorney with DeWitt, Paruolo & Meek. Eric’s practice centers on personal injury, negligence, bad faith, general business liability and medical malpractice claims in both state and federal court. Eric began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for Oklahoma County representing indigent clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies and serving as a Guardian ad Litem in guardianship cases. Before joining DeWitt, Paruolo & Meek, Eric gained experience in the private sector as well as in-house with a large, multinational insurance company, handling a wide array of insurance defense matters including personal injury, bad faith, general liability, and medical malpractice.

Eric was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He graduated from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Philosophy. Eric received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015. During law school, he was a member of the National Trial Team serving as captain in 2015. After his first year of law school, Eric received the Pro-Bono Service Award for recording the most volunteer hours of anyone in his class for the 2012-2013 school year. He achieved his Legal Intern’s License and worked with the law school’s free legal clinic serving indigent clients in Cleveland and McClain County. He served as the clinic’s Co-Chief Counsel in 2015.

Eric and his wife, Lauren, live in Oklahoma City with their daughter, Payson, and their two dogs, Martin and Nelson.
