Mr. Morton is an experienced litigator with our firm. While having a broad base of experience in various types of litigation, he devotes a substantial amount of his practice in the area of class action law and complex litigation.
Mr. Morton, along with other members of our firm, has been appointed class counsel in various contested class action cases. He has also served as class counsel in numerous class action settlements and assisted in recovering millions of dollars for class members. His areas of practice includes: class action, appellate, general litigation and personal injury.
