Raised in Guymon, Oklahoma, Mr. DeWitt graduated from Oklahoma State University. After law school, he has devoted his practice to litigation. He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers, and he and his partners have also been recognized by U.S. News and World Report on its list of "Best Law Firms." Mr. DeWitt maintains an “AV” rating in Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating that can be given by his peers in the legal community.
His areas of practice include personal injury, trucking accidents, oil and gas accidents and litigation, insurance bad faith, products liability, complex commercial litigation and general civil litigation.
